For delicious Holiday Dessert Tables!
In the past two weeks I have been able to do two fantastic dessert buffets. The first was for a my Kate Parker Wedding gathering. Kate Parker is a fabulous wedding coordinator and florist out of Somersworth, NH. She is launching a new wedding planning website in January for brides to see all the amazing vendors New England has to offer. It is a very exciting adventure and I am truly honored and thankful to be involved with it!
About two weeks ago myself and other Kate Parker Vendors from Maine gathered at photographer Emilie Sommer's absolutely GORGEOUS studio on the East End in Portland. For this event Kate had asked me if I would like to create a dessert table, and obviously I jumped at the opportunity (any excuse to bake is the way I see it!) The table included some of my favorite holiday treats and new but every so delicious recipes as well!
This past weekend my husband and I also hosted a Christmas party at our house for our friends and family and I decided to create another table (again any excuse!) I used the same aesthetic with the inclusion of a couple different tasty treats!
These are the desserts the tables included:
- Peppermint Bark
- Stained Glass Windows (Colored Marshmallows and Chocolate)
- Nutella Cheesecake Brownies (Yummy!)
- Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese frosting
- Chocolate Cupcakes with Buttercream and Gingerbread man or woman (got to keep PC!)
- Chocolate cupcakes with Reeseās Peanut butter cup filling and peanut butter frosting
- Pretzels with a Kiss
- White chocolate cake with spiced cranberry filling and buttercream frosting
- Italian anise cookies
- Pizzelles
- Cranberry and Pistachio biscotti
- Peanut butter no-bake cookies
- Ribbon Candy
- Assorted chocolate treats
